Save $10 on Walmart’s Online Grocery Pick-up Service

Chattanooga (CHATTAFRUGAL) Walmart recently launched a grocery pick-up service to compete with Shipt and other grocery delivery services. Several stores in the Chattanooga area now offer this service.

Now, you can try it and save $10 on your first order of $50 or more.

Here’s how it works. Click on this referral link to get a #groceryhero code that you use at checkout to save $10. Log in with your Walmart.com account or set up a new account. Select the store you want to pick-up groceries from. Type in items off your grocery list and add them to your cart. Once you’ve added $50 or more, you can check out.

When and how do I get my groceries, you ask? During the checkout process, you can reserve an hour slot for pick-up. So, you could place your order at lunchtime while at work for pick-up between 6pm-7pm when you’re heading home. A Walmart associate will then shop the store for you and have your items ready for you during the designated time. You’ll receive a confirmation email showing you the area to park for pick-up, so you don’t have to go in store. Also, you’ll be given a number to call to give the store a 10 minute heads up before you arrive, so they know to be looking for you.

Give it a try and let us know what you think!
